לא ידענו איך להתחיל או למי לפנות. המחשבה הראשונה שלנו הייתה: אנחנו יודעים מה אנחנו רוצים לבנות אז צריך להתחיל לפתח מוצר עם בית תוכנה.
מזל שלא התחלנו בפיתוח!
היינו מבזבזים המון זמן וכסף שלא היה לנו על מוצר שכנראה לא היה רלוונטי לקהל היעד שלי,
את זה אגב הבנתי בתום התוכנית.
בתוכנית קיבלתי כלים לחיים, לא רק למיזם וקהילה מקצועית מחבקת שגם לאחר התוכנית עוזרת ותומכת בהתקדמות המיזם.
עברתי בלבול, תסכול, שברתי את הראש על כל אתגר ואתגר. למזלי לא הייתי לבד והתמיכה מהמנטורים עזרה לי לכוון את המוצר, להכיר את הלקוחות שלי, להבין לעומק את השוק, לבנות המודל העסקי חזק, לחדד את הבידול בשוק והמיצוב המדויק עבורנו.
היום אנחנו עם צוות המונה רופאים, אחיות, עובדים סוציאלים ושותפים מדהימים שמובילים את הטכנולוגיה, המוצר והאסטרטגיה המקצועית מול בתי החולים והעמותות איתן אנחנו עובדים.

כשפגשנו את תומר לראשונה היה לנו רצון שילווי אותנו אישית ולא האמנו בליווי קבוצתי בנוסף. תומר שאל שאלות שלא היו לנו תשובות ברורות עליהן והמליץ לנו להצטרף לתוכנית הליווי של סיטי סטארס. זאת הייתה המלצה נבונה שחסכה לנו המון כסף, זמן והידקה את הפתרון שלנו.
בעקבות התוכנית עשינו פיווט, טסנו לבחון וחקור את השוק האמריקאי על מנת להכיר את הלקוחות הפוטנציאלים, ראיינו רופאים ובהתאם המוצר השתנה מספר פעמים עד למוצר שלנו כיום.
היום אנחנו פועלים במספר מדינות ומשפרים את המוצר על בסיס קבוע.
במהלך התוכנית הלכנו יחד לכנס הייטק שחיבר אותנו למשקיעים פוטנציאלים ולאקוסיסטם.

כשהתחלנו את התוכנית הייתי להוט לכבוש את העולם - גם עכשיו זה בוער בי :) - לא היה לי זמן לחכות וטרפתי כל פיסת מיידע וידע שהמנטורים הנגישו, עבדתי לילות רבים כדי לחדד את המיזם, את הבידול בשוק סופר-תחרותי עם שחקנים ענקיים כמו וואטספ, טלגרם וסלאק כדי למצוא את הנישה שבה אני מתבלט.

תומר וצוות המנטורים המקצוענים היו זמינים לכל צורך כדי שנאיץ הכי מהר עם קווצ'ינג 1:1 אחרי הסדנאות לפתרון בעיות ואתגרים, כדי שלא ניתקע בתהליך.

הגענו לתוכנית אחרי גיוס של מיליון דולר שהספיק לנו לפיתוח המוצר והקמת מתקן בחוות גידול לדגים הקפריסין המאכילה אלפי דגים באצות שאנחנו מגדלים.
לא הייתי סגור האם התוכנית תתרום לי אבל תומר הרשים אותי בשיחה הראשונה והצטרפתי.
עברתי מסע מטלטל, ששינה את פתרון שלנו מקצה לקצה וגרם לנו לפצל את האופרציה לשני חברות טכנולוגיה שונות המציעות פתרונות שונים. בנוסף, הפכנו את המוצר ממוצר היברידי (משלב תוכנה וחומרה) למוצר SAAS קלאסי ולהתכונן לגיוס הון.
