Increase your extension revenue: As the Chief Account Officer, you will be responsible for
increasing your extension revenue across programs as well as promoting a robust referral program for new sales.
Unify the customer journey:  Create a world-class customer experience. 
The Chief Account Officer is the lead customer experience from tracking customer winnings to measuring quality engagement activities to ensure every customer feels part of the community, customer experience is at the core of our business. 

Develop the CS team. Join our already outstanding CS team, start participating in our dynamic company, grow and lead the department to greater success. 
Who exactly are we looking for? 
  • A highly effective account director who is an experienced team leader. 
  • Someone handy as an integral part of the revenue team who will report to the CRO. 
  • Someone who can handle shocks/changes in an ever-changing organization and space. 
  • In short, is it like you? 
Someone who is always looking to find, develop and maintain the potential of others. Will your colleagues and direct employees say that you have it? How do you react when adversity interferes with you? How to show what you're made of? 
Plan, implement and manage new CS strategies. Monitor KPIs on a regular basis and submit reports. Review the CS strategy monthly and suggest solutions/improvements. Create and present an annual plan and strategy for CS. Interdepartmental work to harmonize goals. 
We will educate you on our core content and our approach to client coaching. We are a completely remote team - you should be comfortable and enjoy working on the Internet (using tools such as Slack, Zoom, G-Suite and Hubspot).
